In my years of experience working with people in different capacities I have come to believe that if you were to sit and be honest with yourself there could be a tremendous amount of information available to you that can empower you to get what it is you want out of life, after of course you clearly define exactly what that is - of which is mandated by the nature of your mind.
There are many mentors and teachers from who I've gained insights, and obviously from other people that have influenced me throughout my academic career and just living life itself. I’ve learnt an awful lot from observing children and parenting and so forth, and I’ve also spent some part of my life working with people, that most people did not care to be around, which has also taught me a tremendous amount about the upside and downside of human nature, that has really caused me to keep on wondering, and try and solve the overwhelming question that burned in my mind and that was;
Failure to me is simply defined as you not fulfilling your potential.
"Why is it that so many people have a disordinate fear of change?"By that measure I guess we can say that there are numerous failures. Now what this is to me is that we have had people from every discipline, academically, experientially, spiritually and otherwise, convey to us the absolute power of the human mind and yet most people will go to their graves and never begin to tap that power. Everything you and I experience is experienced in our minds. There is not a reality that you can possibly relate to that is not first fashioned by your thoughts. Another way of hearing this is that where you are right now is some what of the total decisions you made, the emotions, how you used them, the thoughts you had, that started to chart the courses of your own personal history.
